Congratulations on finding this resource! It is an interactive tool aimed at collecting and sharing knowledge and information about the many aspects of rowing. There is content here catering from the novice rower to the elite athlete, and everything in-between. Most importantly, it depends on your input to grow and develop - so please join in and start contributing!
